Without another one they can safely fill everything out as they wish. That's ofcourse just hopeful thinking and it may not go at all like that, but I imagine the holdout for DLCs for WH2 is the distant WH3 release date and the restriction on what is given to the factions is due to there being another game planned. Although that'd likely be free stuff than DLC, but they could continue to pump things out until it feels more than complete. Overall, who knows what WH3 will be like, it may likely get longer support than WH1 and WH2 seeing as it's the end of the series and anything they may have missed could be added for any of the current factions, not just WH3. But it may also just be that they wanna take longer time making WH3 hence they're spreading out the planned DLC's for WH2 rather than blowing the load too quickly. Right now WH2 dropping isn't such a big deal if their plans is for another game that's more like an expansion that'll definitely get people's interest back. I can see them perhaps working bit faster with WH3 since they don't have a game afterwards to fill up the void and interest. Think we missed one?
